All pieces purchased from Margherita are handcrafted and unique. Please read below for all information regarding our shop, shipping and return policies.
By making a purchase from Margherita, you are accepting an agreement to comply with these terms and conditions. It is important that the below information has been read and understood before making a purchase.

Orders
Order acceptance and cancellation your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was cancelled. Orders placed using credit will be available immediately to use once the order is canceled. Promotions will be refunded and reactivated in your account, as long as the promotion has yet to expire.
Orders may be cancelled any time before the order is packed by contacting studio@margheritajewelry.com as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund including shipping and duties. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. All orders placed after 3PM (Eastern European Time) will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on Lebanese national holidays
Due to the handmade nature of our work, please allow up to 14 days for orders to be processed and shipped. If you require a piece more quickly than our outlined times, please don’t hesitate get in touch at studio@margheritajewelry.com to enquire and we will do our best to accommodate.
If large orders are placed, pieces can be shipped in batches when ready if necessary.
Payment
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as follows:
– Payment may be processed in United States Dollars. Charged for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with out then-current shipping policies as described below. Payments made on debit/credit cards outside of US Dollars will be calculated using currency conversion rates on www.xe.xom on the day of the transaction. You agree that Margherita is not responsible for any credit shortages due to credit conversion rates.
– Payment is accepted on the website securely via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and is processed through Margherita’s processing company, 2checkout. By paying using these methods, you agree to be bound to all terms and conditions of 2checkout and agree that we have no control over any credit card issues you may have with that company. Check and money order are not accepted.
– If you preorder products, you will be required to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the amount due as a deposit at the time you place your order, exclusive of shipping fees and taxes. Please note that any available Margherita credits will be automatically applied towards the balance of any pending order. If you order products available for immediate shipping, you will be required to pay the full amount due, plus shipping fees and any taxes and/or duties associated with the product at the time you place the order.
– You should expect to wait a period of approximately one to two weeks between the date you place the order and the date that the product is ready for shipment.
Changes in products and pricing
We are constantly updating and revising our offerings and products, and we may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing for the products is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. If the price of an order changes after you’ve paid for it in full, your order will not be affected.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that a product description or prices are accurate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders places for products listed at the incorrect price.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the change and advise you of the canceled order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our return policy, as set forth below.
Shipping
Margherita customers are responsible for all original and return shipping charges. Please note the Aramex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship Aramex worldwide for all orders within and outside of Lebanon. Actual costs for international shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website. Please check the shipping options at checkout for specific delivery options and fees. No C.O.D. orders are accepted.
Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon availability of stock and credit card approval, and may be delated should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization. These shipping terms are accepted by you by placing an order with us. All orders are dispatched with “no signature required” and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company.
Margherita is not responsible for any loss or liability or damage that may result from leaving you package at the shipping address without a signature. If you prefer to have your order shipped with “signature required”, please contact studio@margheritajewelry.com so that we may make arrangements. Margherita is not responsible for any international shipping delay cause by the customs clearance process.
International shipments may incur additional shipping taxes, tariffs and duties which are the full responsibility of the recipient.
Return Policy
We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 7 days from the date you received your order. Any product returned within 30 days are subject to exchange. Any product returned outside of 30 days will be accepted for exchange or credit. Any product returned outside of the 30-day period are at the discretion of Margherita and may not be accepted or only accepted for exchange or credit. All sales items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
Your product must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and other signature packaging materials. Shipping charges are not refundable. To begin your return process, contact studio@margheritajewelry.com Include proof of purchase, a picture of the item and your contact information. Once the return is approved we will provide you with the return shipping information. Returns can be refunded as Margherita credit or to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 days for the refund to post to your account. Any return items that are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled or altered, may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Margherita. When returning your item, we suggest to use a trackable service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.
Faulty products
Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within 90 days of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Margherita will determine, in its sole judgement and discretion, whether the damage is a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.
Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the 90-day period. The customer is responsible for roundtrip shipping fees. Refer to the process outlined in the Return Policy section to report damaged goods.
